*Product applicable ratio for the expander:*
1 small bag extender ( 100 female rabbits)
Dissolve with 50ml purified or distilled water.
Use a microscope to observe the sperm density and motility of the semen before dilution.
Sperm with good density and motility can be diluted at a ratio of 1:10. (For example, if the collected fresh semen is 2ml, it can be diluted with 20ml of diluent)
If the sperm density is low and the motility is not good, dilute it less and dilute it at a ratio of 1:4.
